Please read this information completely before you make a purchase from North Coast MX. These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed. These terms shall be interpreted according to California law. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and under the guidelines set below. The internet is an ever changing advertising medium and we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use the site after we post any such changes, you accept these modified terms.

SHIPPING/EXCHANGE/RETURNS

Please read our policies at the bottom of our website. We follow these policies very strictly, and you are agreeing to these upon a purchase.

We employ the latest technology on all of our servers using Secured Sockets Layer [ SSL ] encryption that works with Microsoft Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and AOL's browsers to protect all of your information.

PRICING

All of our prices are shown at a immediate 5-10% discount (Except OGIO, ASTERISK, and some specialty products) Prices are subject to change at any time and may be updated after the order is processed. We will contact you prior to any price increase that will affect your order. We are not legally bound to sell at posted or advertised prices. All items are billed at the latest prevailing rates.

CANCELLED AND REFUSED ORDERS

Due to our automated order and fulfillment system, Internet and telephone orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Orders can be canceled if North Coast MX cannot get the product to you in a timely manner. Orders refused by purchaser are not valid for store credit or return. We do not get the items returned by the carrier.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following forms of payment:

VISA , MASTERCARD , American Express , And Also We accept Payment thru Paypal or byCkeck/ Money Order.

Sorry, we no longer accept C.O.D. orders due to the high instance of fraud and U.P.S. only collecting certified funds now.

We charge all orders once they are placed. This ensures that are customers are serious buyers and have the ability to purchase the parts they have ordered. When you purchase items at a large discount, there are certain policies that must be followed in order to provide our customers with these discounts. We use an automated ordering system to insure accuracy and efficiency with orders. In order for us to be most efficient and profitable and to pass these savings on to the customer, we must follow this mail order standard. If you want to order, we expect you are ready to pay for it.

We security check all of our orders for both our customer and our protection. Credit card fraud is a felony and we have and will prosecute all fraudulent orders. Each credit card has a specific code built into the actual account number based on its security code and expiration date. Our systems test this validity as well as the standard address and security verification on your credit card. Please note that every credit card has what's called a billing address. This is the address that your bill is mailed to each month. It may not be where you live depending on what arrangement you have with the issuing credit card bank.

We only ship to the credit card billing address for your protection

CLOSEOUT ITEMS

All sales are final.You are bidding for an item and it is non returnable or exchangeable. If damaged, you must deal directly with the shipping carrier. We will not replace the item. The shipping carrier will deal directly with you and reimburse you if they choose for the bid amount only.

FOREIGN ORDERS

We no longer accept foreign orders due to the high instances of fraud.

SHIPPING RATES

Our shipping rates are quite simple. We charge shipping based upon our warehouse location in California. Real time UPS rates will be shown. All orders over $150 will be shipped for free by Ground UPS in the Continental U.S. PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICIES FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS PROMOTION.
