NorthCoastMX.com will generally ship the majority of products within 1 to 3 business days from date of order. Almost all orders are shipped within 5 days. Most products will be to your door in 3-7 days. If we cannot ship out your item within 5 days, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that you still want your order. Orders are not processed on Holidays & weekends. NCMX cannot guarantee shipping dates on extremely popular or preorder items as well as items on backorder. If you order more than $99 US worth of stuff, we will send your order via UPS Ground Service (within the 48 contiguous states)
for FREE! Alaska, Hawaii, Oversize, and international orders are excluded.

All orders totaling less than $99 US will be calculated via Daily UPS rates, Alaska, Hawaii, Oversize,  and international orders are excluded. Your entire order must be shipped to one address only. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returned items, unless we messed up what we sent!

There are additional charges for express shipping options as well as a oversized and/or overweight item charge (such as tires, ramps, bodywork, stands, etc.)

We will contact you regarding shipping charges for oversize or International orders.

Contact NCMX.com for details and estimated shipping costs. These do not fall under the FREE SHIPPING Promotion due to Weight.

International orders are accepted. These will be shipping by USPS Global Priority or Global Express.

BACKORDERS:

In the event that we don't happen to have one or more of your items in stock, we will notify you right away via e-mail, your credit card will be charged, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item's. All back ordered items will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item. We will keep in constant communication with you in order to keep you up to speed on the current status of your orders!

Defective Merchandise Disclaimer


All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by NorthCoastMX.com. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable! NCMX is not responsible for defective merchandise or any harm that is caused by any defective merchandise.


All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier by the customer. If your shipment is damaged, indicate it when you sign for the shipment or call 1-800-PICK-UPS IMMEDIATELY on the same day if you discover any content of the package damaged. Damaged or short shipments received through UPS must be reported the SAME DAY or no credit can be given. This is a requirement by UPS.
